The Hauchi Kay Catering Service name, logo, taglines, website content at www.eventscatering.co.ke , menu designs, catering packages, and all associated brand materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Hauchi Kay Catering Service Kenya. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use of any Hauchi Kay Catering brand asset is strictly prohibited.

Event Photography & Videography, Client Rights

Hauchi Kay Catering Service Kenya acknowledges and respects the rights of clients and their appointed photographers or videographers to capture events we cater. The following provisions apply to all events, whether at private residences, commercial venues, or outdoor locations Kenya-wide.

Client Photography Rights

Clients and their personal or hired photographers are permitted to photograph and video all aspects of the event, including food presentation, table setups, catering staff in action, and service delivery. Clients retain full ownership of photographs and videos taken at their own events by their own photographers.

Client Consent for Hauchi Kay Use

By engaging Hauchi Kay Catering Service Kenya, clients grant Hauchi Kay a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use event photographs featuring our food presentation, catering setup, or service delivery for marketing, portfolio, social media, and website purposes, unless the client explicitly opts out in writing prior to the event date.

Opt-Out Process: Clients who wish to opt out of Hauchi Kay's use of their event photographs for marketing purposes must notify us in writing before the event date. Contact support@eventscatering.co.ke or call +254-701-648-558. No charges apply for exercising this right.

Hauchi Kay Catering In-House Photography

Hauchi Kay Catering Service Kenya may assign in-house photographers or contracted photographers to document our catering setups, food presentations, and service delivery at events for marketing and portfolio purposes. This photography is focused on capturing our culinary craftsmanship and service quality.

In-house event photography will not deliberately feature event guests without their consent
Photographs of Hauchi Kay food, setups, and staff remain the property of Hauchi Kay Catering Service Kenya
Clients wishing to obtain copies of Hauchi Kay's in-house event photography may request them in writing
Hauchi Kay Catering reserves the right to use in-house event photographs for all marketing purposes
