Clients retain full ownership of photographs and videos taken at their own events by their own photographers.

By engaging Hauchi Kay Catering Service Kenya, clients grant Hauchi Kay Catering Service Kenya a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use event photographs featuring our food presentation, catering setup, or service delivery for marketing, portfolio, social media, and website purposes — unless the client explicitly opts out in writing prior to the event date.

Hauchi Kay Catering In-House Photography

Hauchi Kay Catering Service Kenya may assign in-house photographers or contracted photographers to document our catering setups, food presentations, and service delivery at events for marketing and portfolio purposes. This photography is focused on capturing our culinary craftsmanship and service quality.

In-house event photography will not deliberately feature event guests without their consent
